Job Overview
The Technical Presales Manager (TPM) will be part of our Business Development team and will, with our assistance, orchestrate the creation of technical solutions, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, while highlighting Linakis.digital’s value proposition.
Moreover, the TPM will actively participate in the presales process, acting as a member of the business development team and an advocate for the company’s products and services. Overall, the TPM will be actively involved in materializing the strategic positioning of the company in the domestic and international markets. He/she will work very closely with the rest of our Business Development team, representing the technical aspects of how the proposed solution solves specific client problems. As a TPM, he/she will have a close relationship with the prospective client during the presales phase and will participate in presentations for the offered services and products.
Key Responsibilities
•    Communicate with the prospective client during all phases of the presales process, mainly regarding the technical aspects of our approach.
•    Communicate effectively with the rest of the Business Development team to deal with all the technical issues that arise from the new RFP.
•    Communicate with the customer to clarify technical and business requirements of the assigned presales cases.
•    Convey customer requirements to the team, as well as team questions to the customer, until all requirements are clear.
•    Combine requirements with the company’s offerings to architect the finest solution for the case, ensuring complete compliance with the customers’ requirements.
•    Describe (with the rest of the team) in written detail the proposed offering by authoring texts, technical diagrams, data tables, and other documents, as part of the official technical proposal submitted by Linakis.digital to its prospective customer.
•    Articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.
•    Produce a Bill of Materials including all equipment and professional services required for project completion.
•    Communicate with suppliers to find the best possible solution for the prospective customer.
•    Identify upsell opportunities and share them with his/her colleagues.
•    Provide presentations and deliver demonstrations to board-level executives, senior management, technical, and non-technical audiences.
•    Participate in client site visits to present the proposed offering to prospective clients and interact with them to elicit requirements.
•    Manage multiple independent cases, delivering results within the allocated time.
•    Participate in updating the technical documentation of the company.
Skills and Qualifications
•    3+ years of presales engineering experience with enterprise customers in web and mobile technologies.
•    3+ years of experience in responding to RFIs/RFPs and Tender documents.
•    +5 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
•    Thorough knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project).
•    Knowledge of Web and Mobile systems and technologies, including but not limited to Content Management Systems, Web Services, Databases, Networking, and Security.
•    Strong understanding of the technical and business benefits (and possible shortcomings) of the proposed solution.
•    Ability to architect early-stage solution design, wherever possible using diagrams and technical designs.
•    Good understanding of SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
•    Presentation and product demonstration experience.
•    Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills (Greek and English), with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both internally and externally. Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
•    Ability to work under pressure and multitask, be flexible and adaptable.
•    Ability to work individually and be embedded in a wider team, collaborating with each team member efficiently.
•    Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internally in Linakis.digital.
•    Ability to operate professionally, effectively, and ethically as an individual contributor and member of a team.
•    Ability to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, be analytical, and meet critical deadlines.

Nice to have:
•    Knowledge of the Microsoft products and services ecosystem will be considered a plus.
•    Awareness of new and emerging technologies.
•    Experience with one of the following platforms: Umbraco, Sitecore, Kentico.
