The Sitecore developer is a position responsible for the implementation of digital projects using the Sitecore Content Management System (CMS) platform, for the company’s clientele. The ideal candidate will focus on the creation of high value web and mobile applications, addition of new features to existing projects and will be committed to implementing solutions to meet challenging and advanced requirements. He/she will collaborate with the other members of the Development Team and maintain open communication with the Company’s Project Management, UX/UI and Customer Support Teams, to ensure high quality deliverables. They must be able to punctually deliver functional custom components and verify that the deliverables meet all technical requirements. They will report daily to the Team’s leader to ensure that delivery times and quality standards are always met.

• Develop and maintain Sitecore solutions: Build and customize Sitecore components, templates, and modules according to project requirements.
• Customization and enhancements: Customize Sitecore workflows, pipelines, and configurations to meet the specific needs of the business.
• Design, develop, and implement robust solutions based on Sitecore best practices and standards.
• Creation of high-performance websites and web applications.   
• Development of integrations with external systems and web services.  
• Addition of new features and components to existing client solutions.   
• Delivery of updates and amendments to existing applications.  
• Support/Debugging of existing applications.  

Qualifications 

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent discipline.
• 3-5+ years of experience working with Sitecore CMS and related technologies.
• Experience with Sitecore XP/XM, including Sitecore Helix architecture
• Knowledge of Sitecore JSS (JavaScript Services) and Sitecore XM Cloud is a major plus.
• Knowledge of Sitecore xConnect, EXM is a plus.
• Very good knowledge of C# and ASP.Net MVC. A working knowledge of .NET is a plus
• Efficient use of Microsoft Visual Studio 
• SOLID principles
• OWASP principles
• Working knowledge of at least one major Javascript framework, preferably NextJS.
• Working knowledge of HTML5.
• Knowledge of Git source control system.
• Excellent grasp of web technologies (server/client, web services, SOA and orchestration, etc).
• Working knowledge of SQL (preferably the T-SQL flavor).
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure
• Ability to work in a containerized (Docker) development environment.
• Existing knowledge in Umbraco or Kentico is a plus.
• Experience in using Bootstrap framework is a plus. 
• Very good knowledge of English language, oral & written.
